Homes In The Woodlands TX. The Woodlands Development Company and Houston-based Frankel Building Group have announced The Woodlands Reserve, a custom luxury community in the Village of Indian Springs in The Woodlands.

The Woodlands Development Company will be the developer and Frankel Building Group will be the exclusive Custom Homebuilder for the launch of the 55-lot, gated community, with lot sizes ranging from 12,000 to 23,000 square feet. The homes will range in size from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet with prices starting at $1 million. A harmonious mixture of Southern Coastal architecture and Coastal and Southern French designs with transitional interiors, the homes will be built with light, open, custom-designed floor plans, generous back patios and gracious front porches.

Four homebuilding companies have contracted to purchase all 400 lots in the new neighborhood including David Weekley Homes, 137 lots, Coventry Homes, a division of McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., 136 lots (homes priced from the $400’s and up); Palmetto Homes, 84 lots (homes priced from the $270’s and up); and J. Kyle Homes, LLC, 43 lots (homes priced from the $400’s and up).

Liberty Branch is a traditional neighborhood design (TND) development, a complete neighborhood built upon traditional town planning principles. A TND includes a range of housing types, a network of well-connected, tree-lined streets, and public spaces within walking distance of schools, shopping, dining and recreation.
