The Woodlands East Shore New Residents

    Post Category: Community,East Shore,Real Estate — Michele Flory @ 1:27 pm

    The Woodlands East Shore

The Woodlands East Shore resident growth is expanding with the addition of new builders and new home styles to compliment the existing Brownstones, Villas, Charleston Row Houses, and Custom Homes.

First-time visitors to our community almost always begin their tour of the community by visiting The Woodlands Development Corporation Homefinder Center. The local Realtors utilize the Homefind Center and the knowledgeable staff to provide potential home-buyers an overview of the community and the many many lifestyle amenities. Part of the introduction process includes a visitor registration plus the Custom Home Sales Office as well as individual builder sales offices submit information to The Woodlands Development Corporation. Based on this information, the above chart is created.

Current residents of The Woodlands represent the majority(75%) of new residents. East Shore offers a totally different lifestyle than any other neighborhood in The Woodlands. The combination of unique lifestyle and proximity to the amenities of Town Center offers a winning combination for local residents.

This same combination is bringing residents of Houston and adjacent Spring neighborhoods (11%) to The Woodlands East Shore. This area competes well with the Galleria and Mid-Town sections of Houston.

The out-of-area new residents (14%) are defined as moving from other cities in Texas, other states, and other countries. Again, proximity to the amenities of Town Center, access to the downtown tollway, and the airport make The Woodlands East Shore appealing.
