Situated off Lake Front Circle in East Shore, East Gate will be a neighborhood of 41 single family patio homes with gated access. “The community will offer privacy and elegance at an affordable price,” said Darnell. East Gate will feature a swimming pool and cabana, available exclusively to its residents. Home sizes will range from 2,100 – 2,600 square feet with pricing from the $400’s. Construction is expected to begin this winter with initial occupancy in the fall of 2012.

East Shore borders the eastern edge of 200-acre Lake Woodlands (pictured) and is within walking distance of the shopping, dining and entertainment venues along The Woodlands Waterway®, a 1.4 mile transportation thoroughfare, linear park and water amenity, situated in the heart of The Woodlands Town Center.

Novi Home Builders Corp., a custom home builder that has been building in The Woodlands’ gated community of Carlton Woods since 2004, is offering four homesites in the enclave of Mid-Lake in East Shore.
