Designed with a stone and stucco exterior, Plan 7490S by Darling highlights a downstairs media room and a large living area that offers ample space for entertaining. Toll Brothers’ Vitoria Mission model includes a two-story study and dining room, a planning center off the kitchen and designer ceiling treatments throughout the home.

In the neighborhood of Coronet Ridge, Darling and Toll Brothers present single-family homes, priced from the $700s. The Woodlands Real Estate Village of Creekside Park features several new neighborhoods that have recently opened, including Liberty Branch, The Estates at Blairs Way, Wooded Overlook, Heron Place and Daffodil Meadow, complimenting existing neighborhoods throughout the village. Luxurious patio homes are being offered by Coventry, Darling, and Ryland in the gated enclave of Timarron Lakes, priced from the $380’s – $630’s. Timarron Lakes will feature a 2,300-square-foot clubhouse overlooking Lake Reverie, the largest of several lakes in the neighborhood.

Palmetto is offering patio homes and townhomes in the traditional neighborhood development of Liberty Branch, priced from the $270’s and up. Four homebuilding companies have contracted to purchase all 400 lots in the new neighborhood including David Weekley Homes, 137 lots, Coventry Homes, a division of McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., 136 lots (homes priced from the $400’s and up); Palmetto Homes, 84 lots (homes priced from the $270’s and up); and J. Kyle Homes, LLC, 43 lots (homes priced from the $400’s and up).

Liberty Branch is a traditional neighborhood design (TND) development, a complete neighborhood built upon traditional town planning principles. A TND includes a range of housing types, a network of well-connected, tree-lined streets, and public spaces within walking distance of schools, shopping, dining and recreation.
