Plans for a new gated enclave within The Woodlands’ 240 acre neighborhood of Timarron in the Village of Creekside Park are beginning to unfold, including multiple lakes, a scenic bridge leading to a private clubhouse for residents, gated entry, and 280 homes and patio homes designed for those seeking an elegant yet low maintenance lifestyle.
The first step in the vision for the area will be the installation of the south gates leading into the neighborhood of Timarron Lakes, located at the intersection of Pine Plains Drive and Greenprint Drive. Designed by SLA Studio Land in the Arts and Crafts style that is prevalent throughout the Village of Creekside Park, the gates are expected to be completed this fall.
Coventry Homes has already opened the first patio home neighborhood within Timarron Lakes. Located just north of the south gates on Pine Plains Drive, Coventry features nine patio home designs priced from the $250’s - $280’s.
