    The Woodlands East Shore Ellipse-Park
Lucia’s Oaks, a custom homebuilder in Carlton Woods in The Woodlands and in Houston, has begun a homebuilding program in East Shore, the “Garden District” of The Woodlands Town Center. Lucia’s Oaks is offering nine single-family homes in the enclave of Southern Coast in East Shore, featuring panoramic views of 200-acre Lake Woodlands. These authentic designs feature Southern Coastal architecture with a choice of 10 elevations and five floor plans that are interchangeable.

Encompassing 2,200-3,000 square feet with detached “carriage house-style” garages that are set back from the street, the homes have unique curb appeal that enhances the lakeside setting. Other features include spacious porches, open balconies and backyards; second-floor master suites that maximize views of the lake; traditional pier-and-beam construction with double-paned wood windows; granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms; and stainless steel Thermador appliances. The homes are priced from the $460’s - $650’s.

“We are very pleased to welcome Lucia’s Oaks to East Shore, where their unique home designs can be truly showcased,” said Buck Driggers, Vice President of Residential Sales & Development for The Woodlands Development Company. “The classic Southern Coastal architecture complements this incomparable setting on Lake Woodlands. The talented team at Lucia’s Oaks has created single-family residences that include a host of custom features and authentic details, yet are easy to maintain.”

Lucia’s Oaks is also offering homes in the Mid-Lake neighborhood of East Shore, with prices ranging from the $700’s - $900’s, and custom homes on several homesites in East Shore. The first of these is located at 11 East Shore Drive, a 7,266-square-foot residence priced at $2,295,000
