    Homeless In The Woodlands

Post Category: Community — Michele Flory @ 11:20 am

Here is the perfect Christmas gift.......
    cat-1
Hi! My name is Teeny. Yeah, Yeah, I know I’m not
so teeny. I’m in need of a new “Forever Home”.
Earlier this year I lost my mom to Breast Cancer and
last year I lost my sister “Foo” the dog. I’m an 8
year old neutered male, current on all my shots and
have already been declawed. My dad doesn’t have
the time to take care of me. I miss my mom!! Can
you please help me find a new loving home that will
be patient and accept me as I am. You see, I’m very
shy and don’t understand what has happened to my
family. Please contact my friend Naomi at
    713-725-3326.

    dog-1
Hi! My name is Molly Mae and I’m a very loving
eight year old purebred Rat Terrier. I have been
spayed, current on all my shots and preventative
maintenance. I am full of energy and need a yard
to play in, I also like to chase squirrels. I come
already house and kennel trained, and have learned
to use a doggy door. I love to be walked and walk
well on a leash. I can be possessive of my owners
so it’s best I be the only pet in the house, and in
your heart. I have been told I’m a very smart dog
and am very loving, too. I would love to sit with
you on the sofa and watch TV with my new family.
Please call Cheryl if you have any questions or want
to take me home for Christmas, please!! Cheryl’s
    number is 281-723-9696

The Woodlands Real Estate – YTD Sales By List Price Range

Post Category: Real Estate — Michele Flory @ 12:57 pm

    The Woodlands MLS

The $200,000 to $300,00 list price range continues to be the most active in The Woodlands despite a declining level of active listing inventory. If your home is in this price range and you are considering selling, this is an excellent window of opportunity to maximize your value and minimize time on market.
