
We are still enjoying the benefits of living in The Woodlands bubble; plus it is not going to burst!
We continue to see contracts follow the same seasonal pattern of previous years albeit at a slightly lower level. For the first time in 2009, written contracts exceeded 2008 during the month of September.
Notice the month-to-month level of active listings continues to be below 2008. Unlike other markets that are highlighted in the media, we do not suffer from too much supply coupled with too little demand.
