Village Builders presents its Lodges Collection of luxury townhomes, priced from the $190’s to the $250’s, in the neighborhood of Innerwoods in the Village of Sterling Ridge. Seven homes are ready for move-in with special incentives currently being offered. The Townhomes at Innerwoods Place are two-story residences, ranging in size from approximately 1,589 to 2,171 square feet, and including three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a two-car attached garage in the rear of the home. A study, formal dining room, upstairs game room and rear covered patio are offered in some plans.

For example, the Aspen design is a 2,171-square-foot, two-story townhome that includes three bedrooms, media room, game room, open kitchen with great room and dining room, two-and-a-half baths and an attached two-car garage in the rear of the home. This design is priced from $228,990.

Ceramic tile floors in the entry, kitchen, breakfast, laundry and all bathrooms are standard features. Other interior features include crown molding in the entry and dining room; nine-foot ceilings; ceiling fans with a light kit in all bedrooms, game room, family room and study; and a GE Stainless Steel package in the kitchen. Upgrades are available through Village Builders’ Design Studio.

Exterior features include a landscape package with full sod; sprinkler system; bricked front porch; mahogany front door with leaded glass insert; and deadbolt locks for exterior doors. Village Builders is an Energy Star Builder, following the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Energy Star guidelines.
