    Southern Mark Homes Hosts Open House on May 9-10

    Southern Mark Homes, a member of the J.M. Wendell, LLC family of companies, is hosting an Open House on Saturday and Sunday, May 9 – 10 from 12 noon - 5 pm in East Shore, the “Garden District” of The Woodlands Town Center. Priced from the $750’s and up, five luxurious custom homes will be open for viewing.

    Southern Mark’s New Orleans Cottages echo the architectural styling of the Signature Creole Courtyard, which takes The Orleans concept to the next level of sophistication. Three New Orleans Cottages will be open:
    41 North Bay Boulevard, The Fairfield, $880,000
    49 North Bay Boulevard, The Chesterfield, $925,000
    2600 Brightwork Way, The Georgetown, $935,000

    Southern Mark’s Paddington Terrace-style homes are reminiscent of 19th century England. Two of these homes will be open:
