    NEW NEIGHBORHOOD IN CREEKSIDE PARK

    The Woodlands Creekside Park Village
    New homes by Darling, Highland, Trendmaker and Village Builders are now open in the neighborhood of Paloma Point, featuring a scenic location near 72-acre Lake Paloma. Homes are priced from the $420’s - $800’s, and range from 3,432 – 5,500 square feet. One- and two-story homes are offered, with a selection of 40 floor plans. The homes include three to five bedrooms, up to four full baths and two half baths and up to three-car garages with an auto-court and porte-cochere.

    New School Planned For The Woodlands Creekside Park Village

    Tomball Independent School District has purchased a 12.9-acre tract to construct a new elementary school in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park.

    The Woodlands Development Co. will begin construction this summer, with an opening set for the 2009–2010 school year.

    The district also purchased sites for two more schools on the east and west sides of Kuykendahl Road.

    The Shenandoah Residential Real Estate Market Is Booming

    Shenandoah Texas
    Shenandoah, an incorporated city adjacent to the northern boundaries of The Woodlands, has announced a significant land development to build new single-family homes. Garry Watts, Mayor Elect of Shenandoah, made the announcement at Prudential Gary Greene's Tuesday sales meeting.

    Plans include 443 new homes with an average sales price of $423,000. These homes will be built East and West of the Grogans Forest patio home area.

    New neighborhoods will include...

    Malaga Forest - 36 lots in gated area to be built by Schmacher Homes starting at $300,000

    Silverwood Ranch - 60 homes in Section I & 20 homes in Section II. To be built by Woodridge Builers & Todd Sievert Custom Homes. Prices will begin at $350,000.

    Tuscany Woods - 101 homes by Tremont Homes starting at $300,000

    Vannevar - 79 homes by Rampart Builders starting at $350,000

    Turning - 56 platted lots starting at $500,000.

    ELR Development in Grogans Forest - Frankel Builders of Cinco Ranch, West University, and Memorial will build new homes on 50-60 85 x 150 lots with prices ranging from $700,000 to $1 million.
