The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center continues to be showered with awards from meeting trade publications as voted on by top professionals including meeting planners from Fortune 1000 companies.
Most recently, The Resort received Meeting South magazine's annual Best of the South award and was the only Houston-area property named. The property also received Meeting & Convention magazine's Gold Key award and Corporation & Incentive Travel magazine's Award of Excellence.
Readers of the publications were asked to vote for their favorite properties based on extensive criteria such as quality of meeting space, guestrooms, guest services and amenities, food and beverage service, high-tech services and equipment, recreational facilities and activities, overall value, helpfulness of staff and experience. "These awards recognize the dedication of each and every staff member who works to maintain our high level of standards," said Kent Johnson, general manager for The Woodlands Resort.
