    A Showcase of Homes event is set for Saturday, October 13 through Sunday, October 28, 2007 from 10 am - 6 pm daily in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside, the 500-acre expansion of Carlton Woods in The Woodlands. The Showcase of Homes is part of the Grand Opening Celebration of the new Village of Creekside Park, located south of Spring Creek in Harris County. The main entrance to Carlton Woods Creekside is situated off Kuykendahl Road.

    McVaugh Custom Homes will be opening its new, decorated townhome model on Saturday, September 29 in East Shore, the "Garden District" of The Woodlands Town Center. McVaugh is constructing 54 condominiums and 56 three-story townhomes overlooking 200-acre Lake Woodlands. Homes are priced from the $400's to the $700's.

    Michele Flory and Roger Richardson of Michele Flory and Company have both received the designation of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist(ALHS) from The Luxury Home Council. This designation is the result of a continuous real estate industry education program created and implemented by Michele Flory & Company.

    Only 1,500 (0.05%) of nationwide Realtors have received the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation. Participating Realtors receive the training, tools, and techniques necessary to provide the highest level of service to both luxury home buyers and sellers.
