    There are many choices available in the communities of East Shore, Grogan's Forest and Windsor Lakes , as well as several smaller neighborhoods like Burberry Park, Piper's Green and Rhapsody Bend . In East Shore, Carmel Builders is offering three-story townhomes in its waterfront development of Savannah Landing , priced from the $440's-$450's.
