    Low-Maintenance Options in The Woodlands

    The Woodlands features low-maintenance living including condos, townhomes and patio homes in six neighborhoods. In East Shore, the "Garden District" of Town Center, Hahnfeld-Witmer-Davis features its three-story Park Place Brownstones, Village Builders offers three-story townhomes at Wyngate Terrace, and McVaugh Custom Homes is pre-selling both Oasis Pointe waterfront condos and townhomes in the enclave of Southern Coast. Also in Southern Coast, Carmel Builders is beginning construction of Savannah Landing including 21, three-story townhomes.

    In Grogan's Forest, conveniently located near I-45 and Town Center, Darling Homes and David Weekley feature luxurious patio homes priced from the $280's to the $460's. For those interested in an active adult, gated community, Windsor Lakes in the Village of College Park offers patio homes and townhomes by Lennar and Village Builders for homebuyers 55 and over. Residences are priced from the $130's to $210's. The private clubhouse, Windsor Lodge, is available to all residents of Windsor Lakes.

    Other low-maintenance options include Piper's Green townhomes by D.R. Horton in the Village of Alden Bridge, priced from the $190's to $210's. These two-story townhomes include up to four bedrooms, up to three baths and a two-car attached garage. The ultimate in low-maintenance luxury living is found in Rhapsody Bend, where Huntington Homes is offering residences priced from the $580's to $700's. A two-story home, Design 3818, includes 4,267 square feet with four bedrooms, four living areas with a study, game room and media room, four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. The home is priced from $729,900.
