    The Woodlands Villages

    The Woodlands is divided into the following villages: Grogans Mill, Panther Creek, Cochrans Crossing, Indian Springs, Alden Bridge, Sterling Ridge, Creekside Park, Carlton Woods, College Park, and Town Center.

    Grogan’s Mill is the original village located at the front of The Woodlands. This village features two public golf courses, The East Course of The Woodlands Country Club, The Woodlands Athletic Club, The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center, extensive hike & bike trails, and easy access to Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road. Shopping areas include Grogans Mill and Woodridge Centers.

    The village of Panther Creek begins at the western shore of Lake Woodlands. In addition to a large number of homes on the water or with water views, Panther Creek includes two parks on the lake. Northshore Park features public picnic areas, a public ramp for non-motorized boats, and Sunday music entertainment events. Southshore Park includes an observation platform for views of Lake Woodlands, surrounding neighborhoods, and the Lake Woodlands dragon. Shopping area is Panther Creek Center

    The village of College Park is located in the northeast section of The Woodlands. Within the village boundaries are two 55+ patio home communities, Montgomery County Community College, The University Center, St. Luke’s Community Medical Center, and the new patio home community of Grogans Forest. Shopping areas include College Park Shopping Center and College Park Plaza.

    Creekside Park Village is located south of Spring Creek. It is the only village located in Harris County and Tomball School District. The first development is a gated Carlton Woods neighborhood built around a Tom Fazio golf course. Additional construction is scheduled to begin in 2007.

    Town Center includes The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Pinecroft Center, and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Parks include Town Green Park, The Woodlands Waterway, Evergreen, and Market Street’s Central Park. Residential areas include Phase I of East Shore with single-family custom homes being built by Post Homes, Reuby Custom Homes, Christopher Sims, George Weaver, and J.M. Wendell.
    East Shore:
    Brownstones, Townhomes, and Condominiums:
    Oasis Pointe – McVaugh Custom Homes
    Villas at East Shore – Stonemark Builders -
    Savannah Landing – Carmel Builders division of McGuyer Homebuilders
    Wyngate Terrace – Village Builders

    Phase II & Phase III of East Shore will also focus on high-density living areas.

    Brownstones, Townhomes, and lofts are also built south of the waterway.

    Multi-family complexes in the Town Center include Sunrise Senior Living Condominiums and The Boardwalk Apartments.

    1. am looking for a place for my mom in a gated community. will also spend summers there (we live in dubai). want a gated community, community pool, other facilities, family area, house around 300 sq ft. under 325k. thanks
