    The Conservatory in The Woodlands

    Construction is underway for The Conservatory at Alden Bridge, a 237-unit senior independent living rental community, located on a 10-acre site at the southeast corner of Alden Bridge Drive and Crownridge Drive in the Village of Alden Bridge. Scheduled to open in early 2007, The Conservatory at Alden Bridge will be comprised of elegant one- and two-bedroom suites with luxury finishes such as granite countertops, marble vanities, crown molding, nine-foot ceilings, decorator series paint palette, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and full-size washer/dryer connections. The community is being developed by Conservatory Senior Residences for those 55 and over.
