    Home Sales in The Woodlands Up 30%

    The first quarter of 2006 has yielded a total of 467 new home sales, compared to 360 at this time in 2005. 2005 was the third best year in new home sales in The Woodlands' 31-year history. A total of 47 of the 2006 first quarter sales were in East Shore, where Hahnfeld Witmer Davis and Village Builders have both experienced strong sales of their Park Place Brownstones and Wyngate Terrace Townhomes, respectively. Sales of production homes are also up from last year.
