    On the south side of The Woodlands Waterway at Grogan's Mill Road, a 450-unit luxury apartment neighborhood will be built in phases. Phase one will consist of 345 units in four, five-story buildings. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments raning in size from 670-1,530 square feet will be offered. The first apartments should be available in the spring of 2006.
